Samsung Ecommerce is hiring a Director, Product Management for our eCommerce Innovation team (to-be based in Bellevue, WA office). eCommerce Innovation spans the entire Samsung.com platform ecosystem of Payments, Financing, Checkout and Special projects. You will lead the product road map across multiple consumer facing verticals, leveraging your unique background and skill sets. This role is a high-profile position that will start with the current team and grow around you as a leader. To be successful in this role, you will need to balance fast near-term results with building better products for the long-term vision. We are looking for someone who wants to transform Samsung with big swings, ready to fail fast and innovate while continually keeping the end user in focus. Responsibilities:
Owning development and communicating the long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a portfolio of products including Payments, Financing, Carrier Financing, Cart/Checkout and Special programs Influencing investment choices that will provide long-term innovation for the user Guiding cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts while playing a key role in organizing and communicating their work across the organization Setting product strategy, prioritizing features, building consensus, and coordinating feature releases and internal/external communications Communicating product strategy and status to key stakeholders across Samsung Qualifications 15
years of Product Experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience 5
years' experience managing people leaders Familiarity with the eCommerce domain, preferably with Cart/Checkout and Payments experience Proven record in attracting, developing, and motivating the talent needed for current and future business needs. Demonstration of maintaining high performance expectations and leading teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. A leader that can attract a team of PMs and Engineers for their organization. A history of owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a portfolio of products Owning the test-and-learn roadmap to inform the product portfolio Working in a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation in order to solve user needs within the domain Needs to be highly effective in building an outstanding customer journeys and associated CX by navigating use cases from ecommerce, supply chain, logistics, direct marketing, multi-channel partnerships, etc. Position may require travel Skills and Qualifications Necessary Skills & Attributes:
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed. Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels. Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications. The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives. Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:
The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:
Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stresses which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive job stress, fatigue, unpaid over-time, intellectual challenge, constant technical data feedback, language barriers, and business management stress. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids representative and commonly associated with PCs, printers, and office work areas. Frequently works additional hours beyond normal schedule. Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
