Assist with all physician requested procedures and patient care.
Provide a respectful and caring experience to all patients Room patients Assist with maintenance of clinic -- sterilizing tools, cleaning/sanitizing rooms and equipment, maintaining an orderly appearance of patient care areas All other duties as required Chart auditing Follow-up Log Cleaning List (Weekly/Patient Run) Restocking supplies in all areas of the clinic Checking expiration dates for all supplies in all areas of the clinic Email-checking, attaching records/funding Records request Equipment Maintenance Log Answer phones--do telephone intake as outlined per protocol Scheduling referrals Scheduling lab pickup (quest and nulirt) While completing your daily responsibilities you have autonomous decision making in the following areas:
Administration of non-controlled PRN medications for pain/nausea (must be written order due to non-licensed staff) Reorganization and sanitization of patient care areas as dictated by safety and good sense Working in conjunction with the office manager for check in process of patients.
