We equip the organization with voice of the customer tools and customer insights needed to understand our customers, define and shape opportunities along customer journeys, and enable business and customer success.
Provide day to day support to the team in delivering data driven insights to the business using Voice of the Customer data.
This can include learning and assisting with:
- creating or evolving dashboards in XM Discover, Qualtrics or Tableau for VOC programs using survey, call transcripts, and operational data- fielding online surveys:
managing sample deployment, monitoring survey responses, and preparing data for analysis- creating or updating PowerPoint deliverables to communicate insightsSmoke-Free Iowa Statement:

The national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships is:
$21 - $50 Recommended Skills Customer Experience Dashboard Online Surveys (Evaluation Methods) Operational Data Store Tableau (Busines Intelligence Software) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
