This position is temporary and will only be available until 03/22/2024.

What are my responsibilities? Provides clerical support to the Administrator, Director of Nursing and Director of Patient Transitions.
Assemble and distribute agendas for Administrator and Directors as needed.
Record minutes at meetings.
Supervision and oversight of receptionists.
Logging and ensuring proper follow up on all customer concerns and attending/maintaining customer task force minutes for all neighborhoods.
What do I need to be considered? STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Clerical training or degree with business emphasis preferred.
At least one year of experience in administrative business office functions.
Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Windows and MS Office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
