9K a year Neighborhood/Property Manager Freedom Village of Bellevue, a 55
Active Living neighborhood, is looking for a Neighborhood Manager to oversee our 56 rental garden homes and apartments, beautiful common areas and campus grounds.
This full-time position (approximately 32/hours a week) is responsible for day-to-day management of the neighborhood to include marketing, screening new tenants, maintaining the neighborhood, communication with tenants and handling any tenant issues.
The Neighborhood Manager has ultimate responsibility for the entire physical and operational functions of the neighborhood.
What does a day in the life look like? Markets the neighborhood to attract new residents.
Proactively works to fill apartments and garden homes when receiving notice of move-out.
Screens prospective residents to ensure that background, credit, and reference checks are completed.
Conducts daily inspections of the neighborhood to ensure that it is well-maintained.
Identifies needed maintenance and handles light housekeeping needs, performs basic routine maintenance, and takes trash to dumpster.
Reviews and schedules completion of work orders.
Works with vendors to ensure that repairs are completed timely.
Handles resident move-out process to ensure that any damages are noted and taken out of the resident's deposit or charged back to the resident if the damage exceeds the deposit amount.
Utilizes designated software for managing sales efforts, prospective resident inquiries, maintenance requests and scheduling of events and reservations for the Neighborhood Room.
What should I have to be considered? High school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance or related administrative field preferred.
Two years property management experience in senior housing preferred.
