Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including invoicing and collections - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks accounting software - Perform data entry and 10-key typing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions - Assist with payroll processing using the ADP Workforce Now platform - Support the CFO in preparing financial reports and statements - Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents - Assist withother duties as assigned Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of basic accounting principles - Proficiency in using QuickBooks - Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry - Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP - Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or errors - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and other departments Note:
