Located in Omaha, we are a leading Technology Solutions Provider looking for a Telecom Engineer to be responsible for proactively providing engineering solutions for the telecommunications or voice response unit needs of assigned division; provide engineering designs for all telecommunications facilities in either data centers, call centers, or office locations; analyze telecommunications related to business activities and operations of assigned division to determine needs and trends requiring telecommunications engineering work; manage or assist with managing various levels of project planning and management support for various voice and data communications activities; proactively oversee the activities involved in quality resolution of issues related to all assigned projects.

#### What You Will Be Doing
Leading and managing projects from inception through production
Project Design (Visio) Conferencing infrastructure specific to audio and video conferencing environments.
Supporting all platforms like TDM and VoIP audio and videoconferencing environments.
Security Management and Compliance
Presentations, Contract / Vendor Management
Supporting Voice, Video, Data over IP
Infrastructure security Facility Management
#### What You Need for this Position
Strong experience with Sonus, SIP and SBC.
Experience with telecommunications cabling systems and equipment.
VoIP Implementation and support; Cisco Call Manager, digital multiplexing; digital cross-connect systems.
Experience with voice switching systems & video transport protocols
Experience with DS1 and DS3 test practices and equipment
In-depth knowledge of all applications to support audio and videoconferencing environments.
