Description/Job Summary
Shift: Sun - Wed; 12pm (noon) to 11pm
Entry level Help Desk Analyst to join our IT helpdesk staff.
Assist end user with application questions by searching available knowledgebase
Trouble shoot simple hardware problems (e.g. cabling and power via scripting)
Escalate to correct Level 2 help desk or dispatch appropriate hardware / onsite service provider
Requirements:
General knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP & up)
Familiar with use of MS Office products
Familiar with basic networking concepts
1+ year call center or customer service experience
1+ year experience using trouble ticketing system for tracking problems from inception through resolution is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
