Description/Job Summary
Shift: Sun - Wed; 12pm (noon) to 11pm
Entry level Help Desk Analyst to join our IT helpdesk staff.
Assist end user with application questions by searching available knowledgebase
Trouble shoot simple hardware problems (e.g. cabling and power via scripting)
Escalate to correct Level 2 help desk or dispatch appropriate hardware / onsite service provider
Requirements:
General knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP & up)
Familiar with use of MS Office products
Familiar with basic networking concepts

year call center or customer service experience
1
year experience using trouble ticketing system for tracking problems from inception through resolution is preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
