Description:
SAIC has an opportunity available for a Technical Project Manager with C2 experience to join our team at Offutt AFB near Omaha, NE. In this role you will be part of the team responsible for the pre-install design, testing and configuration of the infrastructure to support the new STRATCOM Datacenter and Lab.

Job Description:
Oversees the installation, configuration, and transition of 62 Command and Control (C2) mission systems into the new Command and Control Facility (C2F) at Offutt AFB and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews C2 focus area status and budgets; prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Participates in and establishes program plan requirements, monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.

Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND
Experience: Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience
Qualifications:
Must possess a secret clearance with ability to upgrade to a Top Secret clearance with a current SSBI and be SCI-eligible
Must possess four or more recent years of demonstrated advanced, hands-on, USSTRATCOM project management experience supporting the design, installation, configuration, development, integration, implementation, and testing of C2 systems
Must possess advanced interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively, self-awareness, and excellent written and oral communications.
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline; experience may be accepted in lieu of education
Should possess IS certification(s) attributing to recent knowledge/mastery of and experience with current IS technologies.
